Can I still add Guest Privileges to my membership?

  • No. Only members who added this amenity prior to 10/16/24 have access. 

Who has grandfathered Guest Privileges?

  • Arizona members who added Guest Privileges prior to 11/1/23.
  • Colorado and Midwest members who added Guest Privileges prior to 09/01/24.
  • Utah members who added Guest Privileges prior to 10/16/24.

What does grandfathered Guest Privileges mean?

  • Members who had Guest Privileges on their account prior to the dates above can continue to use our original Guest Privileges service. Guest Privileges allows for members to bring up to 2 guests with them on any visit to the gym.

 How do these guests check into the club?

  • Members will need to send the digital waiver to their guest via the app before each visit. The guest’s info (name, email/phone number) will need to be entered each time the members sends the guest the digital waiver.

 If a member previously had Guest Privileges but cancelled, can they reactivate their Guest Privileges?

  • No, if the Guest Privileges service is cancelled, they will not be able to add this service back as it is no longer offered. 


Polices for grandfathered Guest Privileges: 
Guest Privileges allows a member to bring up to 2 guests with them on any visit to the gym. 

Guests 12-17 years old must have their legal guardian sign the digital waiver form.

-Guests 12-15 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian

-Guests 16 & 17 can work out unaccompanied. 

The VASA Member must be present while the guest is in the facility. If a member checks in guests and then leaves, they do risk the Guest Privileges amenity being removed. 

Guests have the use of regular Fitness level amenities. However, access does not include STUDIO classes, KidCare, tanning, red light therapy, or massage. We invite guests to enjoy our group fitness classes, the pool area, basketball court, cardio deck, STRONG performance lifting area, functional training turf, and free weights.

Guest Privileges can easily be cancelled via the app. Follow these quick steps to remove the Guest Privileges from your membership:

  • Go to my account in the App.
  • Click Freeze/Cancel Plan
  • Click Cancel Your Plan
  • Enter your Membership Information
  • Select "Guest Privileges"
  • Choose Reason for Cancelling (Amenities Cancel)
  • Click Cancel My Membership
  • The Guest Privileges have been cancelled!
