Downgrade my Membership

Are you on a STUDIO membership and no longer interested in our STUDIO Red classes? Are you on a Fitness membership but finding you're just not using the added amenities like the pool, sauna, and classes? Thinking that one location would suit you better? You can downgrade your membership right in the app!

Downgrading from the STUDIO to a Fitness membership will still continue to give you access to all amenities and multiple locations. The Basic membership only allows you to use the cardio and weight equipment for one VASA Fitness location. If you are downgrading your membership within the first 6 months, a downgrade fee of $25 will be processed to finalize the change to your membership.

  • Click on "My Account"
  • Click on plans.
  • Choose change plan.
  • Choose your home location.
  • Choose your plan click selected plan.
  • You will see the price for your selected plan, click save and continue.
  • You will have the option to add Personal Training to your Membership, choose your package, and click save & continue (you can also opt out by clicking no thanks).
  • Enter in your personal information, emergency contacts, and click save & continue.
  • You will now be able to view and confirm charges going forward.
  • Click accept Membership terms & application fees.
  • Sign and click done signing.
  • Click agree and purchase.
