Why is my old account showing in the App? Please send us a text message to our Helpdesk at 801-845-0545. Please include your Barcode, first & last name, and birthday so we can help get your App up and running shortly!
Can I change my picture?
If your Membership does not include the service of KidCare you can update your photo right in your App under “My Account”. If you have KidCare, keeping your kids safe is our top priority, so unfortunately, we can’t allow you to change your photo in the App. To change your profile photo, please visit our KidCare front desk.
Can I update my basic info? You can change your address, email and birthdate information. For security reasons the first and last name cannot be updated but you contact our Member Services team with a copy of your ID to update any name changes.
