Can I change my picture?
Currently this is under development and will be released within the next few weeks, to update your picture right now you can visit the front desk at any of our clubs and a team member will be able to assist you.
Can I change my first name and other basic info?You can change your address, email and birthdate information. For security reasons the first and last name cannot be updated but you can visit the front desk at any of our clubs and a team member will be able to assist you.
Where are my points? As of 12/31/19 you will no longer be able to redeem reward points or access the old app. You may use any current points you have until that time. We will be launching a new and improved rewards program in 2020!

Why cant in change my home location? This is based on the location we have in your system if you are one a Fitness membership no worries you can go to any location and viewing classes schedules at any location is available on the app. We offer a location switch for our Basic members with a $25 transfer fee. Why this fee? Our Basic members are set up with one gym access and pay a lower monthly rate than their Fitness counterpart. Paying the higher option allows members to move between each gym with no additional fees. This is why we ask that our Basic members pay a transfer fee to move locations each time.
