Can I get my return fee waived?
Some things are just out of our control, and we understand that sometimes life happens. If your payment was declined by the bank because you had reported your card Lost or Stolen or your card/account was blocked by the bank due to suspicious or fraudulent charges, we can remove these fees for you with a letter from the bank sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, or a three way call with your bank and our Member Loyalty team at 801-426-8644.
