If VASA Fitness is unable to withdraw the monthly Membership payment, a $25 return fee is automatically added to the account in addition to the monthly dues.
In order to have the $25 return fee adjusted for the missed payment, we need a letter from your bank stating the card or bank account was closed for your protection due to fraud or a lost/stolen card.
