How do I know if I need a coach?

Can I transfer my training sessions?

Weren't able to use your Fitness Training sessions during the contract time? We understand that sometimes life gets in the way.

Can I bring in my own Coach?

Outside vendors including personal trainers are not allowed to train inside any VASA facility.Our own certified Fitness Coaches would be happy to help you with any of your needs.
