Mobile App Assistance

Here at VASA we are thrilled to provide you with an app that makes managing your account easy and convenient for you. With our app you can make changes to your membership, schedule gym time and classes, and check-in quickly so you can get to your workout right away. If you have never registered for the new mobile app, you will need to create a login that will link to your VASA account. If you have an older version of our app, your old mobile app login will not work with the new mobile app.

  • You will need an activation key. Most were emailed their activation key to the email we have on file when we released our new app in November 2019. If you joined after November 2019, then you would have received your activation key in your welcome email when you signed up.
  • If you do not have your activation key, you can create one by clicking the activate your account link on the app login page (as seen below), you will be directed to a new page click "Get your activation key here"(highlighted in red), The final page will require  you to fill in at least 3 of the search fields, this helps us locate the correct account to link with your login. Once you have your activation key, go to the app to continue the login process on the activate your account page. Here you will create your username and password.
