Mobile App Assistance

If you have never registered for the New mobile app, you will need to create your login and link your VASA account. (Your old mobile app login will not work with the new mobile app).

  • You will need an activation key. Most users had this emailed to their account, if you did not you find your key by going to "Activate Account" on the mobile app
  • Click "Search for Activation Key", once you find your activation key you can use that to activate your mobile app which will be linked to your VASA Fitness Account.
  • Enter your Activation Key
